Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seals are intact.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
